  What a great little townhouse lovely views of the break wall and sea. Right across the road from the Harrington Pub and the Harrington Bowling Club
  Walk up or down the road for a coffee and breakfast.
  Only negative was the windows need a clean and some of the pots and pans.

  Castaway 2 was a nice quiet place to stay overlooking the river, breakwall and ocean in the heart of Harrington.
  The property was well equipped for short term accomodation.
  We found the property to be quite dusty and the windows did not seem to have been cleaned recently,we also found lolly wrappers under the beds !
  The worst experience was the supplied barbque had a faulty knob and when initially lighting it there was a small flare up which resulted in the loss of some of my beard,eyelashs and eyebrows.
  After a quick repair we were able to make it safe again.
  I would reccomend that this gets replaced ASAP !
  We have stayed there before and willl stay there again .

  We always enjoy going to Harrington but the last 2 times we have been to Castaway 2 it hasn't been cleaned properly including the lounge which is very dirty and needs a good clean. It is cleaner when we leave and we are paying a $100 cleaning fee. Had to ring the property management company to get pin number so we could enter property the last two times as well which they are are supposed to send to you the morning of arrival.

  This was our second stay at this townhouse. It suited our needs perfectly. Unfortunately had an issue with the previous guests rubbish not being disposed of prior to us arriving, but once advised it was dealt with. Also noticed a shortage of batteries in the remotes for the TV and air cons but managed to make it work and report this issue. Overall a clean, well maintained property.
