  This is a beautiful property but with all the best intentions of the agent the property has very little customer focus as the owners personal property pervades every draw and corner making it difficult to be presented clean and tidy
  You feel like an invader than a customer.
  We have learnt to ignore it given the location and design

  We loved our stay with family at this amazing house , the view is to die for and the house was very spacious and comfortable , lots of spaces to sit in , comfortable lounges , beds were great , lots of kitchen utensils and crockery .

  Overall we were happy with the accommodation. The views were spectacular and there was enough room for us to spread out and have own space if wanted. Furniture inside and outside was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable with ample blankets.
  We were disappointed with a couple of things. The BBQ was in a filthy state and we weren’t able to use it. The house lights tripped twice and we had no lights until someone got back to us and told us about the internal meter box. We also thought the kitchen was poorly equipped with what we would consider basic kitchen requirements. There were no garbage bags for the bin, no detergent under the sink, no gladwrap or paper towel. Other rentals over the years have always provided these staples. Had to make a dash back into Harrington to stock up on these things.
  Other than that we enjoyed our stay and made some lovely family memories.

  Excellent property, perfectly located and lots of room for friends.
  Unfortunately every cupboard kitchen and bedroom especially the ensuite is full of personal effects of the owner making it uncomfortable to fully utilise the facility
  Most of the effects are out of date electrical, bed covers and in need of a serious de clutter to reflect the true comfort and values of the property’

  A few basic things need to be addressed. I accept that you need to provide your own supplies but not a roll of TP is a bit much (we left a few for the next tenants)
  Fire alarm beeping consistently as battery was flat
  Handle in en-suite shower falls off.
  BBQ unusable
  Overall property suited our needs well but a few things needed attention.

  Homeward bound had lovely views of the coast on both sides and having 3 bathrooms was very good for children. the balconies were great and it was very relaxing.

  The house was clean but the toilet seat down stairs was broken and when we were there a few years ago it was broken then also. There were ants in the kitchen and we had to be careful where we left any food plus there were 6 down lights in the kitchen and none of them were working. Hard to prepare food in the dark. The house also needs a bbq. When people are on holidays they don’t want to be cooking in the kitchen all the time so a bbq would be great. There is an old bbq there but no one would want to cook on that. When you pay a fair price to stay for a week I think a few of those things should be rectified. Thanks

  Great overall but the place needs an occasional deep clean, eg outdoor areas were not all clean, windows get a lot of salt spray and need cleaning. Also the garage door is vert squeaky and we were afraid it would seize up. Needs maintenance. There are also a lot of the owner's old possessions throughout that have no value and should be cleaned out, especially in the garage. The BBQ is so old it is not usable.
