This property sleeps 12 guests and has great ocean views. It has two spacious living areas for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large dining area for family meals.

Outside, there's a big deck perfect for gatherings while enjoying the fresh sea air. The main bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and single bunks, the third bedroom also has a king bed, and the fourth bedroom includes a queen bed and single bunks, providing plenty of sleeping options.

The main bathroom downstairs has a separate bath, shower, and toilet, while a second bathroom offers a shower and toilet for extra privacy. There's also a separate toilet upstairs for convenience.

The property includes a remote-controlled double garage and a large wood fire BBQ area for outdoor cooking. Stay comfortable with ceiling fans and solar heating. A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer adds to the convenience of your stay, and there's an EV charging station for electric vehicles.

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking.

  Amazing ocean views, second time we have stayed here and really like the location but lack of general maintenance and up keep severely let’s this place down. Not one thing has been fixed since our stay last year from the many windows downstairs that are broken and don’t open to the lights free hanging out of the sockets in the kitchen as well as the roller door in the garage that had been broken for several months when I enquired to the agents about it and the same pile of mouldy cardboard boxes and rubbish under the bbq area and many more little things that need attention.
  We will definitely be staying here again as location and beautiful view overshadows its lack of maintenance.
  Hopefully this house will soon get the love and maintenance it needs to keep it in good condition for years to come.

  We are locals and wanted to show our friends how beautiful Crowdy is. We had a great time, we had kids of different ages and they loved the large lounge room and big deck. Bring a baby gate for the stairs. Rooms are large and sound proof. Large kitchen for big cook ups! Love it.

  This house is in a great spot but unfortunately was so dirty. The bathrooms were dirty and had to have a cleaner come back in to reclean them. The kitchen was disgusting- we kept finding plates, cups, bowls and cookware that was put away used. The kettle was full of ants. There was also no WiFi even though we asked the agent beforehand. Really disappointing.

    Thank you for your feedback Alex, we understand you were un happy with the property due to the wifi, this is not advertise for that property. Also as for the cleaning, the cleaner took photos before she recleaned (as we asked for you to do though didn't) and after she cleaned the bathrooms. Other than a small amount of fluff the bathrooms were fine. You hadn't advised about the kitchen Regards Team Mid Coast

  A great couple of days in Crowdy. Great house. Possibly needs a bigger hot water system. And there is no outdoor furniture on the massive deck???

  Tidy property, absolutely beautiful view. We love Crowdy Head. The property needs outdoor furniture & a thorough window clean throughout. Some lights aren’t working (bedroom) and there’s a broken timber fixture off the balcony which bangs in the wind. Broken red chairs in the dining area.

  we have stayed at this house a number of times in the last 8 years. i think the same furniture was in there 8 years ago. the same tatty rug, the same broken chairs. the place is looking sad and unloved. this place is badly in need of attention, especially disappointing when you consider the exorbitant premium
